Custom Script Stickers Info?
when ordering custom scripts If you have selected "YES" option to see preview of custom script, we will be messaging with proofs after few days of order.
If by any chance, if you have not replied to our messages after multiple tries, we will go ahead and ship the custom scripts without approval.
This is to keep the order shipping times in their time frame.
Can I combine/stack Coupon/Reward Codes?
Sorry only one coupon code can be applied for single order. Coupon codes and/or rewards codes cannot be combined.
There is an Issue with my order.

Free Shipping?
Free shipping is currently available for only Canadaian and USA customers with orders over $100.
Unfortunately Tracked shipping option is currently not free.

When will my order ship?
Our update to date processing times on the top bar of this website. During UPS sale, the Processing times can be higher.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship all our orders via Canada Post Lettermail. Which is a afforable option but sadly it doesn't come with tracking.
When will my Order reach me?
Below are the Estimated delivery times from Canada post. Please note that these are just estimated time frames and they DO NOT include our processing times.
Current Estimated delivery times for Canada Post LetterMail (untracked):
Canada: 1 to 10 business days
United States: 8 to 20 business days
International: 1 to 4 weeks
If Tracked shipping is selected the Estimated times are:
Canada Tracked: 3-5 Business days
USA Tracked: 5-7 Business days
International Tracked: 8-12 Business days
*Please note the during holidays the delivery times can take longer*
What about Customs and import taxes?
International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties and import taxes that may apply to their order.

Can I change my address?
Please check that your address on file is correct before placing an order. Please email us immediately if you notice an error so we can make the change.

If you order hasn’t been package / Shipped, we will gladly combine your orders.

What is the return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our handmade items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so that we can fix the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we will gladly Cancel/refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase. But after 24 hours the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
