Processing Times
All orders are handmade to order.
Our current processing time is displayed in the announcement bar at the top of our website and is typically 1-2 weeks. Processing times may increase during sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders through Canada Post.
Most orders are shipped using Canada Post Lettermail, which does not include tracking.
We currently dont offer Tracked shipping options due to ever changing regulations in USA
Estimated Delivery Times
The following delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and do not include processing time. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Canada Post Lettermail (Untracked)
- Canada: 1-10 business days
- United States: 8-20 business days
- International: 1-4 weeks
Delivery times may be longer during holidays, weather events, customs delays, postal disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Mail
Orders shipped via Lettermail do not include tracking. Once an order has been handed over to Canada Post, we are unable to monitor its progress through the postal system.
If your order appears delayed, please allow additional time for delivery before contacting us. Postal delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy seasons.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Combined Orders
If your orders have not yet been packaged or shipped, we may be able to combine them into one shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may be applied by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
